The 26th release of Kartaskvazhin is an album of tracks recorded during the most active period of the Ekaterinburg project Биполяр (Bipolar). Over the 20 years of its existence, the duet of Evgeny Nomokonov and Pavel Timoshenkov has performed at various venues, collaborated with other musicians and left behind a lot of unreleased material.

We can say that the guys managed to find a unique sound that connects, on the one hand, machine, mechanistic pulsations, reminding us that Ekaterinburg is an industrial center. And on the other hand, timbres and harmonies, expressing the state of a person in close contact with nature, because the Urals is also a special natural region full of amazing sights.

Despite the fact that the duet is known only to a small circle of connoisseurs, the sound of Биполяр influenced other members of the local scene, and their recordings do not lose their value even after many years.

26-й релиз Картаскважин - это альбом из треков, записанных в наиболее активный период екатеринбургской группы Биполяр. За 20 лет существования дуэт Евгения Номоконова и Павла Тимошенкова выступал на различных площадках, постоянно взаимодействовал с другими музыкантами и оставил после себя множество неизданного материала.

Можно сказать, что ребятам удалось найти уникальное звучание, которое соединяет, с одной стороны - машинные, механистические пульсации, напоминающие о том, что Екатеринбург - индустриальный центр. А с другой - тембры и гармонии, передающие состояние человека в тесном контакте с природой. Ведь Урал - это ещё и особый природный регион, полный удивительных достопримечательностей.

Несмотря на то, что дуэт остается известен лишь небольшому кругу ценителей, звучание Биполяр повлияло на других участников местной сцены, а записи не теряют ценности даже по прошествии многих лет.
