«19/19» is a collection of two live recordings tied to each other by where and when they were made: The State Regional Scientific Library of Novosibirsk, 2019.

For the members of the “presidiomodelo” project, this release represents the live sound of the trio circa 2019, and simultaneously marks the shift away from the sonic texture that used to be associated with them during 2017-2019.

From the start of COVID-19 pandemic, the “presidiomodelo” crew is undergoing a period of self-identification and change of their reference points: the former patterns all became depleted and inviable, and the new ones had not been formulated or formed.

As of today, the process of re-adjusting of their optics is still far from being finished. At the same time, this permanent process of transition could actually be that very approach so sought after.

«19/19» — это две концертные записи, объединенные местом (Новосибирская Государственная Областная Научная Библиотека) и годом (2019).

Для участников проекта presidiomodelo данный релиз — это одновременно отчетный документ, фиксирующий живое звучание трио в 2019 г, и в то же время жест прощания с той фактурой звука, которая была свойственна музыкантам в период с 2017 по 2019 гг.

Два года, прошедшие с начала пандемии COVID-19, стали для команды периодом самоидентификации и переосмысления ориентиров: прежние паттерны оказались исчерпаны и недееспособны, а новые ещё не сформулированы и не сформированы. К настоящему времени пересборка оптики по-прежнему далека от завершения.

И в то же время, возможно, перманентное пребывание в процессе перехода — это и есть искомый подход.
